“This policy is implemented out of respect for our Craft Hair Studio Team and other guests of the salon. While we understand that life can be hectic and unforeseen circumstances do arise, we kindly ask that all guests provide at least 24 hours’ cancellation notice by phone, or voicemail if you need to contact us after hours. 

Last minute notice, or no notice of cancellation at all, creates gaps in our Team’s schedule that can be difficult to fill and may also prevent another guest from being able to schedule in that time. Repeat offenders of last minute cancellations or no shows will be asked to provide a credit card number when scheduling services, and may be charged 50% up to the full amount of the services scheduled.
